Project Management
In this module, we were tasked to work in groups on a project with a social enterprise. For my group, we helped Better Trails, a social enterprise based in Singapore that aims to promote the ethical use and responsible enjoyment of the outdoors and natural environment, to plan and execute a trail at Pulau Ubin.
Since our project was to based in Ubin, there were a lot of risk factors involved. As the team leader, I had to work closely with my team of 6 people and Better Trails, from working on the project to ensuring my team members' and participants' safety.
To raise some funds for our project, we also did a bazaar in school for 2 days where we ran a photobooth service for our schoolmates.
At the end of the project, we had a gallery walk to showcase each group's project and our partnered social enterprise was invited.
